coming down the mountain
ready to bond with all of humanity again yet
almost not as prepared as years making and losing friends
zeroing in on the message i can recieve some said that
you have to love yourself before you love someone else but i say
hey your wisdom is not out of touch but you know
only a jester thinks they can tell someone else how to love
right when you are at your pit even a lost love can help you
stay out of it and only fools gold hurts no less when you want it
everyone is human and we all love different
like a person who never did before
in the recesses of our own mind
finding out in our own way
each person may or may not have any love at all today

revolution soul inside
this chosen devotional,
but do not guess about
who I am when you hear
that or seek privacy
making yourself aware,

do make a suggestion,
but yes I am still

flying time
as if clouds passing by
was the clock taking its time
or like you
taking a few minutes to get here
because life chooses the path for you
unless you grab that time
that was yours to begin with if
you had never chosen to be in that place
it all makes the next thing happen
when one thing adds up with another and
like a simple equation the end result never would have occurred
and yet here we are
you and i
and this crossing of paths
as if the future was just very good luck
and was meant to be at the same time

what could make the time go by
the dream the scene the morning
we have waited for
there are not enough signs
not enough reasons
and your heart is far too big
the place you looked for that you did not know
would be the memory you had hidden
the light that the street has made clear
the stopped time that made you find the patience
only you were here then
only you are here now
and i never escaped the thoughts of you
no matter the temperature
we had enjoyed the craziness
we had come from far away
and the clouds and rain and cold
had been our friends that year
if only your energies had listened to me
would you say something if you did hear?

should i have even done
everything that i have in my past few years
can’t be a coincidence
only so many people strike me like you
normal folks dont live like we do
daring to be this strange
catching little thoughts bouncing around the place
having to avoid looks that tell too much

nightloights are growing inside of brain patterns
evolving as the
path into a future filled with fireworks comes
arriving to make

across from you sitting on this couch
still hoping for that extra human contact and
starving lips that would give anything for a kiss
including the heat in the rooms conversation
only you can bring out of this
night is like your favorite drink
coming closer than i ever have to
overwhelming desire that may not be reciprocated
maybe i should get used to this
place where i am the only one who is so driven
riddled with willpower and wrapped in endurance
only on the outside i am another completely different animal
maybe you and i will see
into the last spot we will be

thanks for the assistance

today the coming to terms has been
had even if i didn’t know it at the time
across the hours it sunk in and
nobody not even me saw it arrive
knowing it in advance would have
slowly changed my life in a different direction
for now i have to face the changes that
only i can develop here in the light of the world
reminding myself of the good sharing
that i often like to share with people who need it
helping others was something i did
even in the most difficult of times
arranging my existence around other peoples desires yet
shifting in the way i need in order to achive
so many of these goals push my forward like wind
include me in your life and i will deliver passion
sorry but i do also need to know that
the love that i am giving also needs to be returned
as the game gets harder and firey life gets shorter
not one minute should be wasted any longer
can you live life with dedicated action
especially when i am by your side you can

taking that first deep breath of morning
however this day has arranged events for the light
existing to be there for those who are there for me
put yourself in the shoes of
everyone who has suffered so much more than you
rising to a higher level of empathy like the
fire circle coming up over the horizon
evening out the balance of
concentration or observance inside your mind
that the ambition brought home as if reunited friends
none of these moments made me forget to remember that
unless you love yourself you will not find someone to love you
magic in your life has to exist in yourself first
believe and have faith and you may be suprised
exits can always be entrances also
remain the strongest branch on the tree

aching conversation

after the pain has been delivered
can you fight your way through and get out
have there been times that hurt so much it can
intensify he inner life of those who have never
needed to go there, have no idea what they are
getting into and what do you think it
could mean and who would even care
or who would even miss you if you
never came around to see anybody anymore
veins of ache branching out so far like
every person’s big family tree
rhythm to the escaping steps as if a rapid heart beat
stay as far as you can from those who used to know you
act in a way that can
take only what you want to project to the world
in your mind, soul, and heart
on the moment of existential happenings
nobody can bring you down except yourself

should never open my mouth again
unless to laugh at whatever it is you say
from now i see how you
freak out whenever i do the things that you also do
especially when they are flattering or misunderstood
rolling around in glass in my mind because i
finally gazed at myself through your eyes
only the wounds and kisses are showing anymore but
right in time for the ceation of new
scars which are so very well deserved
perhaps the fire will begin to flow or
even make a path to the ocean or out the window
across the street or across the country
keeping only the good times in mind
into the storm of all the past repurcussions
noticing it is time to gather all the puzzle pieces
going to find out your self portrait is not broken
