diving in and out of a groove
evening out the dark and light mood
placing each foot down with force
right when the dance calls for it
endure these flashes of moving through time as
space between minutes all begins fading together
sifting out the waiting and driving out the words
in the fashion of our anchient ancestors
other people might as well not exist
never again will the path be deviated from
put yourself in the shoes of a being of fire on the moon
let yourself rest and you freeze so keep moving
allow the storm in your brain a moment to rally
coasting down a thought stuck in fifth gear
edit whatever would stop or get off this trip
monsters sometimes hide behind the eyes
endure all evilness to reach the good
now the
tomorrows all look better

morning evolution

Meaning only the best
Opening my eyes on the first sound
Rolling over and pulling off the blanket
Not one moment of hesitation before I rise
Into the beverage maker goes the water…(tharr be more)
Not one minute later I am under some steam myself
Going out of my way to get ready all quiet style
Eventually pulling on some clothes
Velocity of movements gather speed while
Opening doors and activating the morning
Loading the brain with fuel or observed opportunity
Veins of light begin growing across the floor
Inside the room a waking up rumbles around the bed
Nosing into the Orange light of breakfast time
Getting out joining the world and ready for it

Placing my hand on my head
Reaching into the thoughts that assault me
Organizing how to fight that plague
These times are made to test your nerves
Empty threats don’t live around here anymore
Carry me off to the horizon, I ask the wind
Trading the stillness for persistent movement
If you want me here then let me know
Offer up a sip from today’s golden cup
Now that you know how much poison is in it
Only you can cause my earthquake to stop
Focused on the current year and not the past
Probably always had a good reason
Right on time and still a few years late
Only you can bring me back to glad acceptance
Peering out at the existence we once knew
Every curve in the road is just a challenge
Ready and waiting to be overtaken
Tempest filled times that do not quit
You make nervous storms an enjoyable rocking ship

year end

its not that I

didn’t really miss you dear

I respect you ravishingly

and you want to discipline me strongly

but now I realize

that you and I are so alike

you were already on that page and knew

that I didn’t do anything halfway

but that sweet Christmas eve

as quiet and calm as it snowingly ended

and as fun among fussiness, sadness,

hugs and many beers, we were not

afraid of ending up here

happening just like this

seeing just what we are seeing

and I would not

ever get this moment back once more

so if this is my only chance

time to go for it

personal independence

play the cards that you are dealt
everyone has to do that same thing
risk it all or just tip-toe through the mousetraps
sinking ships happen for a reason
open your mouth less and your mind more
never really believed in coincidences
all that you put in to life is what you get out of it
lean into the wind and don’t give up
increase the fight against any doubt
no sadness can win if you struggle hard enough
during your down time dont forget to dream
end the worry and the weight on you will be lighter
please those who are there for you
exit each day knowing you did your best
names of people who wronged you must be forgotten
direct your endurance in better destinations
equalize the attention you give your interests
no grudge or enemy should be kept forever
collect those happy moments and make life a glad song
eventually all problems shall pass

the unbelievable
scream
of the night becoming dawn or another
rate of coming fire we have gathered for
and that is all in the preparation
that we are required because off we go
on the way or at least in a
way of getting there as the
brightness we always feared is getting
here faster than we can escape it
I saw that collected street light
starburst of stolen travel
both I and my watch saw this coming, my doll
but I looked for you
and I never went to the phone
half-heartedly
when I replied to you I just knew
that life was too short to not
tell you the truth
I would sooner disown the sun
than leave you alone

you slip inside
on the mirrors steams make masks
under the bubbles come extreme heat in liquid
night has growing relief and dech lights or candles
gifting the collecting brisk air
and the moon has grown
doing the ten favorite things while the three favorite desserts
vote to see who is ready first
ending the recall time after an quick noon when
notes which are tasting live the songs we like most
taming the joy or a mountain town
using a smile and gift of petersite
right when the sunset says hello
even when the pub, good old conor o’neils,
shifts the whole evening to delicious laughing sleepiness

a day reviewed always

arranged across the table in a
distinct pattern of
amazing realizations and shocking fire
yukon storms and melting snow
roasting fish and spicy vinegar rice go
either lunch or dinner sideways
vocal will not work anymore and i can
inspire a rediculous amount of laziness when
each day is not able to let us outside
while the light shines when it gets the chance
equally slow as the day is long
delicate as frosting on a wedding cake
as the burning movements of a song plays on
lasting as long as the smell of garlic in the oven
washing all the mean off like a shower head waterfall
across the sky so many colors crawl by
you know i am willing to please you always
so lets be exciting and stay in and do nothing

a path and elevated rock

as the choices are made, evidence abounds
portrayed as the coin being flipped
and the two directions play opposite arguments
time has come to find out who you really are
hosting a collection of plates for this buffet
after a congress of opinions has assembled
noting the origion of your internal debate
during a few moments of mental processing
even the temperature, date, and time are forgotten
lifes decisions being most important this moment
evedentally things have charted a new course for now
virtual confesson which will complete a dimension
attempted to relocate without a way to find it
totally tortured by how this may end up concluding
end the list of reasons for or against something
dominions which have shown a new color in the sky
reflecting on the importance of each crossroads
outward calm while on the inside stormy waters
come into the residence of greater understanding
keep in mind you can be you own worst enemy

a dedicated patience

after the eyes open up there is a thankful
desire to let you rest so i silently slip out
ending my sneak in front of a caffeine machine
during the time when light breaks the sky
it couldn’t be possible for you to curl up cuter
clasping the blanket and cradling your chin
along the thighs your small puppy sighs up at me
trying to sneak a snack while the brewing steams
eloquent silence bringing about a new opening tune
doing my best to breakfast all quiet style
persuaded to sip my drink on the front porch
appreciating that i am on grandpa’s favorite deck chair
tasting warm and seeing a couple birds swoop around
in the search for morning eats and playtime puddles
endlessly fluttering and barely touching into song
now a sound rises to a rustle and stir
coming out the bedroom all shuffle and yawn
eager to kiss you good morning
