maybe it is because the coffee is mud
or could it be that
different people all give the same
intense kind of looks on these days
from people that assume too much to
insecure lost ones who do not like thier lives
coming back to the places they
always hoped to escape
tomorrow is way too far away and
it seems like yesterday was years ago
once in a while the last place you left
now feels like the first place you have ever been
thinking too much has ruined
opened people who have no idea how to turn off
dare me to do something and i probably won’t
after all, i came here when you did say i shouldn’t
you make me feel wanted

for the timed distance
in each and every long goodbye
roasting in the house
so the snow outside is not even existing
the legs of yours i can
keep on my lap or
if you let me hold your hand so that
some of the movie is not so
scary
endtroducing a grand album of that title
still nominal
only the stars are showing up
kind words meet the embrace
after all
you are my lasting treasure

confusion description

chorus of notes full of flavor
on the atmosphere
near our last favorite place to eat
fog has made the morning mysterious
utilizing the smallest light to see by
sometimes being
intensely surprised by my reactions inside
on the occasion that i get what i prefer
nobody is shocked as much as
dying minutes before light leaves the sky
energy from the body more powerful than the light
staring into the dark like
confused workers who cannot find compassion
rolling wheels
imitating the thunder sound of a loud song
pursue a grand meal like it was a holiday
take a sip of something to start every day
improving myself with each passing moon
orange glowing sky and kaleidoscope clouds
needing your hand in mine to double my strength

taking my time but still hurrying
equipped to handle any information now
making myself available to
people who request my
opinion or assistance because i am experienced
reaching into
all the corners of memory to
realize what message needs to be conveyed
you never know how much you can help
because you never really see how much you succeed
existing in one form or another is the complete
good and bad of the world but to be
inspired each day to be a good person
never going to let the struggle get me down
some things are like bones, healing stronger once broken

instant automatic

immobile and unconscious
nearby you breathe soft sleeping sound
swinging drapes show the heat and
that glow coming in through the laundry room window
allows me to see the small toy of the pet
nightlight around a corner is
the shadow of your slow dreaming twitch
amplified by the amazing stillness of
unmoving air in every other room
tiny sighs come drifting out of your mind
on the blanket your hand stretches out
my mind can now forget all my past nightmares
all of my tension has left a couple hours ago
thankful for you as i remain
i wonder how we got back here again
can you tell me where we are headed?

have to grasp the fact
only the whole world gets better when you
let yourself feel the new
inspiration that comes with
dedication to being the very best you can be
and after that change
you will find nothing is so bad
like a sun shining day
in the middle of a snowy fallen winter
feeling better
every day just by being at ease and
staying positive
tested with the effort in the
yellow sun making the bright last
lets get into some shade and
even the sunset watches us kiss

make a place to relax
enduring the end of year
moving my body to keep the
orderly thoughts in my mind
right on track to complete my end goals
you and i have lives like european castles
destroyed but still complete
energies and histories can be stronger than stone
fire and metal no longer
every single part of the world’s currency
and the laws shift when you cross borders
through willpower great changes and achievements are made
effects of good vibes can last a life
don’t stop telling the stories of our times
narrow chances are recognizable and
outside or inside we have a real good time
we complete our nights by smiling warm blue light

major misunderstanding

many songs flow in my head
across the hours you are not here
jumping from one feeling to another
often as the wind changes direction
raising the bar more day by day
made to stare my faults right in the face
inside the mind of an underground king
staying as far away as outside thoughts
under the impression of being chased
not by a person but by a
dedicated ghost of unique creation
enduring another place i have lived that
really stirs up the spirits for me
some of which are going to remember me
then i better make sure nobody sees me arriving
after a weekend like that
near misses will never scare me again
don’t you know that
i know how very lucky i am
now that i have you in my life it
gets better each and every day

rolling up the sauce and
adding far too much meat to
nineteen minutes of the wait on a tomato
true that i would trade everything
in my world just to make you happy today
can you tell when i want your kiss
don’t even know how to let you feel
on the roof of my heart is the
open door for you to fly on in darkly
make like santa and give me something to unwrap
nobody does make me shake like you do
invitations to dance made me think of you too
got to be true to what you believe

mighty determination

might have known where
interesting nights like this
get a chance to lead up to
having made sure to not let it show
the ease of which i can
yell or let go of my temper
doing my best to not show
everyone here how deep my rage can go
there are people not ever going to
experience that side because i bettered myself
right where i am people know workouts but
maybe they need to learn fitness for the brain
identify the need to expand your awareness
now that you know to advance your being
assume nothing and take nothing for granted
the cold does not last around here
interruptions which choose the
only noise like a loud song on a bad stereo
